Children's Treasure Hunt
Are you looking for a free educational activity to share with the children in your life? Bring them to the
William Randolph Hearst exhibit and participate in the Children’s Treasure Hunt, sponsored by Friends!
Located in the back building of the Visitor Center, the W.R. Hearst exhibit is open to the public.
Docents at the desk inside the exhibit hall will sign up the children who want to participate, and supply
them with maps and pencils. Map questions direct visitors to a variety of displays throughout the exhibit
and encourage learning through the exploration of objects from Hearst’s collection. When finished with the
treasure hunt, each child receives a special prize for participating.
Happy hunting!
